Deposits
Accommodation is offered subject to the receipt of a £30.00 pp deposit.
Payment
Final payment can be accepted in cash, cheque or major debit/credit cards.
Arrival
Guests are welcome from 10.30 a.m. but rooms may not be available until 1.00 p.m.
Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m.
Insurance
It is highly recommended that guests take cover for cancellation or curtailment of their holiday as they will be subject to a cancellation charge on accommodation we are unable to re-let.

Over 60’s Club
We are pleased to offer our senior citizens a reduction of £2.00 pppn or £17.00 pppw.
Children
We regret The Berburry does not cater for children.
No Pets
The Berburry has an allergy aware policy that covers food, bedding and animals.
Meal Times
Breakfast is served between 8.15 a.m. & 9.00 a.m. and Evening Dinner is served between 6.15 p.m. & 7.00 p.m.
Returning Guests
Guests who return to The Berburry will enjoy a 5% reduction to the balance after all other deductions.
