About Us

Wendy and Steve took over ownership of the Berburry Hotel in March 2022 fulfilling a long-term ambition to own a small hotel. Prior to this Steve had worked in construction for over 30 years and Wendy worked on major change projects.

They relocated to Torquay at this time and are loving living in the area.  Both are keen walkers and will be happy to share their experiences of local walks and places to visit.
