We are also able to offer a one-bedroom apartment located within The Berburry Hotel which is dog-friendly (please see policies below).
This is available to book on a self-catered basis or with the option of booking a cooked breakfast within the hotel dining room.
Located on the lower ground floor, the apartment has its own separate entrance but benefits from having access to the facilities within the hotel, including the bar and the option of booking a cooked breakfast in the hotel dining room (for which an additional cost applies)
The apartment is also available for short-term lettings over the winter
period (October to March).

• Open plan lounge and dining area with smart TV and wifi
• Separate bedroom with king size bed

• Kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster - please see note below
• Parking available on site on a first-come, first served basis. (Free parking is also available on the road outside the hotel).
A few points to note:
There are limited cooking facilities and due to fire and insurance regulations, guests are not permitted to use their own equipment.
Children over 14 years old only and the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 persons in total.
There are steps down to the apartment and therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Please note that the apartment is located below the hotel lounge bar and dining room and therefore may be subject to some noise from guests moving around above.

Dogs:
Your 4-legged friend is welcome to join you when staying in the apartment as long as he/she is well behaved. However, there are some conditions relating to this:

Only one dog is permitted at any time

We need you to let us know upon booking that you intend to bring a dog as we will ask for more details to ensure the comfort of all guests and ensure that owners understand our pet policy.

A £20 charge per stay applies to allow for additional cleaning

Dogs must be well behaved and not prone to barking due to the location of the apartment.

Your dog must not be left unsupervised in the apartment at any time (with the exception of whilst you are having breakfast if you know they will be happy on their own)

We ask owners to bring their own dog bed / crate as this will not be provided and dogs are not permitted on the furniture.

A £50 refundable deposit will be taken upon checking-in to cover any damage

All walkies time, there is a playing field opposite, the ground of Torre Abbey and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away (please note that dogs are only permitted on the beach between October and May)
