If you make a reservation with us via our website, you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card details to confirm your booking. This takes place on a secure server host by our partner who are PCI DSS Compliant, Where you card details are safely encrypted. We also charge a deposit or may pre-authorise the card provided to confirm its validity and availability of funds, However no further charges will be made to your card without prior notification. ( unless specified in our terms and conditions, e.g. an advanced purchase rate). We do not store your credit card details locally.

 

Access To Information.

You can exercise the right to access any information we hold about you. Any request must be requested in writing and will be handled within the statutory 30 days.
